What are your store hours?

Tuesday – Saturday 11am – 7pm

Do you buy records?

Yes we do, though with a few stipulations:

Offers are based on supply and demand as well as condition. There is no flat rate for purchasing records; we will tailor our offers on an instance-to-instance basis. Offers will come with the option of being in either cash or a slightly greater amount in store credit. You can either bring your albums directly into the shop to be priced, or, in the case of very large collections, we can come to you. Contact us if you have any other questions, or would like to set up an appointment.

How do you grade used records?

Records are graded visually, and generally follow the Goldmine standard. Read more »

Where are you located again?

We’re located at 10 East 4th Street in Downtown Jamestown, New York. Jamestown is a small town in the southwestern part of the state, 100 miles south of Buffalo and 40 miles East of Lake Erie. If you’re local to Jamestown, we’re right above the Labyrinth Press Company, and just down the street (west) from the YMCA.

Do you sell CDs?

No, we do not carry CDs, aside from a small collection of local and touring independent artists’ CDs that we have in our shop. We decided carrying CDs (a format on the decline) would spread us too thin with the sheer volume of releases out there, so we chose to focus solely on the niche vinyl market.

Can you put my records/tapes on CD?

Yes we can! We charge $20 for the first record or tape, and $10 for each additional. For more information about this service, please contact us.

Do you have everything offered in your store on the website?

No. Our inventory rotates too fast to post everything. We try to provide our online customers with the best quality and variety we can while maintaining a functioning storefront.

Can my band play in your store?

No. If we had any spare room we would fill it with records. However, Labyrinth Press Company, the coffee shop below us, has shows frequently. Check out the Labyrinth Booking page on their site. If you’re coming to town we will gladly hang up a poster in our shop.

I have a problem with my order what do I do?

You should have received email contact when you placed your order. If you have any concerns or issues use our contact us page and we gladly assist you.

Returns???

It’s our goal to offer great products and exceptional service. However, if we’ve made an error with your order, or you simply are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days. Please contact us prior to doing so, and we’ll work out the details.
